MontHome Purchase Agreement
All Digital Files were designed and copyrighted by us (©Monthome) for home use by one person/teacher only.
If the Digital Files we provide are in PDF file format (which may/may not be compressed as ZIP files), you agree that you will not copy, modify, sell, share or distribute these digital files or printed versions of them. MontHome grants the purchaser of the original PDF file permission to print one copy per PDF file sold to you (unless otherwise specified, e.g. with the game Contax PDF files you are required and allowed to print them twice) for OWN USE ONLY. You are also allowed to print and make multiple copies of all writing sheets for OWN USE ONLY.
If the digital files we provide are in Word or Excel file format (which may/may not be compressed as ZIP files), you agree that you will not sell, share or distribute these files. These files are designed for personal and home use by one person only.
As ALL products are provided in digital format, there are NO returns/refund/exchanges on Digital Files and NO cancellation of order so please choose very carefully.
There are no resell nor distribution rights associated with all of the digital files regardless of the digital file formats.
Ready-made products
All ready-made products are available for download as PDF / Word / Excel file(s) which may be compressed as ZIP, notifications with download link(s) will be sent out upon successful payment. Should your download fail for any reasons, you should be able to download again (max 3 times) within 7 days of purchase. Please refer to Download Instruction for more information on how to download and extract the file(s) for use.
Customisable products
All customisable products are available for download as PDF which may be compressed as ZIP, notifications with download link(s) will be sent out upon successful payment. We would be able to produce the pdf in better quality but it is done manually and thus would take slightly longer before we could put it up for you to download. A notification email would be send out once the file is ready for download. Should your download fail for any reasons, you should be able to download again within 7 days of purchase. Please refer to Download Instruction for more information on how to download the file(s) for use.
Chinese Learning Materials
While every method had made to make sure the accuracy of the Chinese strokes sequence, should the purchaser find any error, please notify info@monthome.com as soon as possible so that corrections can be made.
Different fonts for the Chinese character on the left side with pinyin (the one in red) and the Chinese characters on the right side demonstrating the strokes sequence were used, a few characters may look different in presentation, in such case, please follow the stroke sequence characters to write, while the character on the left with pinyin is used to help with reading the character.
Ordering
We would recommend that you create an account with us when you order. Doing so would enable you to view your orders with download links or access to your list of available Downloads in your account.
Payments
All payments are process through PayPal under our registered business account “Design For U”. The shop is set with AUD as base currency, however, you may choose to pay with USD instead. The price in USD may fluctuate based on AUD-USD exchange rate.
